that group of players whatever about losing to Bordeaux this year they have underperformed they're going to walk away from the Leinster careers with huge regrets about the amount of medals they have in this tournament they may pick up a URC in the next couple of weeks we'll see but it's going to even be hard to kind of turn the page you know I'd like to go out tonight and when they get back to Dublin I'm sure they'll get together tomorrow and kind of debrief it before they focus on the Lions and that's you know it's a very winnable fixture next week not that I want to go down a URC rabbit hole but
Do you think even a URC win will rescue the season for them?
Because they kind of said it did last year, but I'm not convinced.

Well, welcome back to the press conference room at the San Mames Stadium where we're now going to reflect on last night's big defeat for Ulster in the Challenge Cup Final against Montpellier.
59-26, Richie Murphy's men felt it, a huge defeat, a deserved defeat because Montpellier were so good, keen.
But a night where Ulster's season, so full of promise for so long, kind of came crashing down around them.
It was a tough, tough watch.
I just spoke to one of our colleagues in the press room there and he was saying Montpellier were in the wrong competition and it was a fair enough observation.
I think if they were playing against Leinster tomorrow they'd give Leinster a serious game and there's no shame in losing to them, especially the way they played last night.
I think their first six visits to the 22 they came away with either five or seven points and it was mostly seven-pointers and some of their finishing was exceptional.
You're right, their pack got on top.
Not from the off, because Ulster had those three minutes where they could dare to dream when Nick Timoney scored a try and they won loads of collisions.
