And all you have to do is at the end of a weekday, take a Monday, at the end of a Monday,

Color code your calendar according to whether the activity created energy, meaning you felt lifted up by it, mark it green.

If it was neutral, mark it yellow.

And if it was draining, if you felt physically drained by it, mark it red.

At the end of a week, if you do that every day, you have a very clear picture of the types of activities and the types of people who are creating energy in your life versus draining energy in your life.

After you have that insight, you can slowly reposition your calendar to be focused more on energy creators than energy drainers.
