I don't know how to frame this or think about this, except that this is shifting out of like strategic and startup logic.
And there's like geopolitical, this is a big trial, right?
As we go through, for me, this is the governance war,
It was a crazy time.
You know, I'd done seven startups before Singularity, and this was like five times harder than anything because you've got all the nonprofit stuff.
You still have all those startup issues of cash flow and whatever.
We built it with a team of five people in the first year.
Then you have NASA regulatory.
Then you've got faculty politics to add to it.
