You know, what I find interesting is that the org chart is now part of the product stack almost, right?

It's becoming part of the product.

And depending on who you move to, it's like crazy.

Salim, any thoughts on this one?

You know, I think this is a theater, a lot of video here, a lot of video blueing.

I don't know how to frame this or think about this, except that this is shifting out of like strategic and startup logic.

And there's like geopolitical, this is a big trial, right?

As we go through, for me, this is the governance war,

It was a crazy time.

You know, I'd done seven startups before Singularity, and this was like five times harder than anything because you've got all the nonprofit stuff.

You still have all those startup issues of cash flow and whatever.

We built it with a team of five people in the first year.

Then you have NASA regulatory.

Then you've got faculty politics to add to it.
