And we know more difficult stuff's going to come, you know, hopefully because that means we're alive and that more difficult things will come.
They always say that in yoga class.
Well, yeah, I heard a similar saying, which was, you know, it was something to do with waves.
So it's, you know, you stand in the water, in the ocean and the waves come, you know, hopefully you get a gap between them.
But your role is to learn how to swim because you know the next one is coming.
