You know, because you kind of, you know, you hope it's not going to happen because it doesn't always happen.

And I do feel like a different person because of that.

And at the same time as all the menopausal changes are happening to you as well.
But as I say, my therapy really was writing this show.
My way of dealing with it was creative, which is kind of the message of the show.
It's my message for the show is if you're struggling with the menopause, join a rock band.

It's about what Tamsin, Greg, very eloquently calls the middle squeeze, where you are, you know, you've got elderly parents and you're dealing with them, but you've also got adult kids.
You've often got kids of their own.
So your grandma as well.
And you are somehow in the middle.
You're kind of the matriarch.
You're in the middle of all this.
You're the one who's there for stability for everybody.
So I kind of wanted to dramatize that.
Yeah, you did a great job.
I don't think I was thinking about me at all at that age.
I couldn't imagine.
