I feel very lucky that we don't have the challenges at OpenAI that I have heard of at a lot of other companies. I think part of it is like... Every company's got some ideological thing. We have one about AGI and belief in that, and it pushes out some others. We are much less caught up in the culture war than I've heard about at a lot of other companies.
