Unless you have a program where your leaders, you know, Shea being somebody who is his normal nature, it appears, is to lift guys up and to include people. But he's not the only one. They have that culture. It seems very real. You know, at times I'm guilty of admittedly rolling my eyes a little bit and thinking it was corny. But you can't really argue with it now.
