I will say, some of those guys you were mentioning, even Kerstad, I know it has not gone the way anybody would have planned.

Heston Kerstad had a higher ceiling as a prospect than any of these names we're going to talk about now.

Jackson Holliday certainly had a higher ceiling as a prospect than any of these guys we're talking

Um, so it's been interesting to me and I might write this up someday is like, we're seeing a lot of recent draft picks get traded because the teams aren't fully bought into their development yet.

Other teams are totally okay acquiring them because it is so early in their development curves.

They're not fully formed of like, Oh, we're going to have to fix this.

It's like, no, you're still new.

We can add a pitch.

We can,

change how you set up in the box.

We can get you into our philosophies really early.

It's just been really interesting to see teams so willing to trade guys that they signed a few months ago, but those reasons I was just talking about.

They are desirable by other clubs, so trade them while you can, I guess.

Yeah, yeah.

I think that it is certainly flashy when you can attach a number like that.

And that's, I get it.

That's also what we do with prospect rankings, right?

Like when you can say he's the number 15 prospect versus the number 11 prospect and everybody freaks out of like, what's the difference between four spots?

And sometimes we have to come in here and be like, it's not as big of a difference as you thought it was.
