Putin is still dragging his feet.
So Trump is turning up the heat on him.
He's letting him know, listen, I'm working with you.
I wanna end this thing.
And I've put a lot of pressure on Zelensky, but you're gonna have to give.
To me, as big as the missile thing is, the bigger issue is what Trump's doing to Russian oil and gas.
He is methodically going around the world, sanctioning people, putting in place measures, cutting off Russian oil sales piece by piece by piece.
Russia runs its government off of the revenue from oil and gas sales.
That's their one trick pony.
And without that money, they cannot, they can't continue the war.
Wars are expensive.

I mean, anybody who's looking for a nice, clean, quick resolution is already disappointed and will be more disappointed.
This will still drag on for a while.
But I think if Putin is smart, and he is,
he will understand that the time to make a deal is not when I'm already broke and the tanks are running out of gas on the battlefield.
That's because then the Ukrainians will be the ones saying, well, we don't want to make peace.
The time to make a deal is fast approaching.
