I've not been in this industry for that long.
In my experience, that's not the way scouts operate.
That's not the way coaches operate.
They want to be more informed than their opponent.
They want to know as much as they can get, but they want to make sure it's relevant to what they're actually trying to do.
Yeah, I think that's the biggest obstacle to it being the biggest sport in the U.S.
and to us competing with other countries.
I remember having a conversation with our previous sporting director.
So he used to lead the sporting division at U.S.
Soccer, and he was from the U.K., and his son was playing at a high level in the U.K.,
And he said for an entire year, he was paying 150 pounds.
for his son to play for an entire year.
I'm sure if there's any parents listening right now who have their kids enrolled in soccer, they would love to be paying 250 a year.
I think it's a very complicated question, and it's not like we can just take what's worked in Europe and bring it over, because what they have in Europe is that if you're a kid who's playing in London, you can drive 20 minutes and get a great game, where you have kids here in Kansas City who are playing games in Chicago, right?
And so you've got to get on a bus, you've got to take away your whole weekend just to play a game, and even then, you look at the levels, that might be a game where those kids get on a bus, drive, I don't know how many, six hours, eight hours to Chicago?
