I've been in this space for a while and I've seen that there has been slightly less of an appetite from the venture side or on the VC and the investor side.
to invest in new L1s, L2s, Infra compared to how it was in 21 and 22, which I mean, it was really, really easy to raise money basically in short for any founder.
It is a lot harder to do that now.
Or is that true?
Or what are you seeing?
Yeah, absolutely.
Can I share my insight on why Hyperliquid?
And I talked to people from Hype ecosystem as well.
And one of the thing they did really well was focus on just one niche use case instead of becoming this one big, broad,
chain that will compete with the likes of Solana and Ethereum and everything.
And pretty much we had 10,000 chains born or L1s because everyone wanted to be the next Ethereum or the Ethereum killer.
Or I'm sure you heard that narrative for the far past eight years.
And everyone wanted to do everything because they wanted to capture value everywhere.
And the easiest way to not get traction fast is to do everything
all at once from the gate from the go they were super focused on just one issues case and and they did that well so the idea is that you know if people are more doing that then we'd probably see more and then the there's the other the downside of our industry our industry like you age in in crypto is very different it's like kind of like dog years you know
So our industry moves very, very fast.
Every six months, there is a new meta and everyone chases the meta.
So even for people who do like a niche use case, they move from one meta to the other.
So right now, the prediction meta is strong or something or privacy meta is strong.
Everyone moves into that.
