And we are seeing that in pretty much every investment circle in every country that people are diversifying, even from US dollars to whether it's gold, silver, you know, platinum, doesn't matter.

It's like everyone is trying to diversify into lots of different things.

Of course, there is still a lot of capital in the U.S.

It still gives a really good return, like S&P 500 has given a fantastic return over the last 80 years.

So people will still continue, but they are also saying that, okay, look, we should diversify, which is a strategy now.

Diversification is a strategy.

Yeah.

And so I do see this trend continuing and just like how Dubai does the golden visa and stuff.

And so does Portugal does now even New Zealand does the investment category visa, which is also quite.

And also in New Zealand, there is in fact, it's like there is no stamp duty.

There is no lot of like the property taxes that you have in other countries.

There's zero percent capital gains tax, which is crazy.

It's generally most Western style democratic countries don't have that.

So it is very, very interesting that a lot of countries are going to follow suit of Dubai because they're seeing that, hey, Dubai is having so much success.

We should copy this model.

And so I do think that this market, what you guys are doing at PlanX is going to continue to grow.
