I mean, if they have to move him, they have to move him because the bat really looks like it's going to be very good.
It becomes less good when you take him away from catching.
But they've got to start figuring out position moves before guys get to the big leagues.
Either institute that everybody that's not just a premium, premium top 100 prospect right out of the chutes is going to learn multiple positions because that's what we do here.
Or figure out the ones who can't in the minor leagues.
Michael Massey should have had an outfielder's glove long before he got to the big leagues.
Which, by the way, are we going to be seeing Nick Lofton and Michael Massey platoon be the answer?
And I hate to say this, but when Michael Massey gets hurt, because he does get hurt a lot, I think Massey and Lofton is exciting and intriguing, and with Lofton playing some in the outfield as well, but having kind of a platoon there at second base...
If $8 million is a pinch hitter, then $8 million is a pinch hitter.
And probably there'll be times, like I said, when Massey goes down and you'll need India to play second base.
But the problem is Michael Massey has to prove he can make it through a whole season before you can be like, well, that's our answer at second.
Otherwise, you've got to always have a strong option for wherever you might play him because he just can't stay healthy.
The only people that think Gary Sanchez can catch are Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez.
The Brewers don't even think he can catch.
