Now I hire sevens and try to make them tens.
And so now I've got a much harder way to get into the company.
So I did orientation yesterday with 62 people.
And I said, you should feel proud because it takes 50 interviews to even get one of you to this room.
But now the hard part starts.
And we got a bell you could ring if you tap out.
We get about two people a class to just say, this is, we don't, they got to clean after they're done.
They got to show up.
If you're late one day, there's a good chance for sending you home.
