We're going to work through each and every scenario, every manual, and then you're going to read these manuals out loud with every employee, have them initial every single one, and then you're going to read a page out of the manual every week in your meetings.

And man, I was ADHD.

I still am.

And he's like, you are going to focus.

And we're going to sit in this room for eight hours, three days a week.

It was always detailed.
