I college sucked, you know, so I went to school in Denver and then I went out there to stay with him and we like wrote like 12 songs over like two weeks.

But I remember when he showed us the room, he was like, this is where you will sleep.

So we were living with these people that were like, they would sign their rent checks in blood.
