Same thing. You've got to... reset the way you think about things. And if there's something that's eating away at you, that bothers you, that occupies your thoughts, you have to figure out what that is and clean that up. That's a big part of the problem with a lot of people. A lot of the problem with a lot of people is maybe They don't like something about themselves.
