And that would be a person I thought immediately, I thought, oh, I'd like to partner with him.

That's a party that I would love to sit down with them and curate a party with them.

I've not heard anything negative about top floor and not like they have a lot of like people talking about them.

That's another thing.

They don't have a lot of people talking about them.

But what I've heard is that the venue, the penthouse is like two put together.

It's absolutely stunning.

And I love that the gentleman in his life.

Just like the way they curate, the way they put things together that they don't have to do, but they know it's the attention to the details.

So that would definitely, that's on my list.
