Exactly. So, so finally, like, you know, how did I become a co-founder and now CEO of Virta Health here now almost a decade later? Well, it turns out despite my, you know, winning and running triathlons and staying lean, I discovered that I was on my way to type two diabetes myself, and I already had pre-diabetes. And so this was around 2011. And I honestly, I was pissed.
