It could just as well apply to a government bureaucracy or honestly, for that matter, the Catholic Church.

So, you know, the Vatican has AI in the loop.
and maybe God too.
The whole bureaucratic process that has driven the 20th century produces organizations that decay rapidly and can waste immense amounts of natural intelligence.
So I think the functional institutions will definitely be the winners.
And it remains relevant to figure out what are those principles that allow you to run a, let's call it, hyperscaled bureaucracy effectively.
