ये तो हमने वो राजसान में किया, अभी just last year we finished a building, which was the World Building of the Year.
It's the Nookha Village Community Centre, पूरा पथर में बनाया है,
it is also north oriented, उसके east, west and south side में earthworm है, naturally cool, rooftop पे garden है, और यह naturally cool,
और मैं अभी गया था in, when was it, May, hottest month, 44 degrees outside, उसमें air conditioning हमें provide की है, but air conditioning was not on, सब बच्चे लोग पढ़ रहे हैं, and it took me 5 minutes to realize कि air conditioning नहीं है, wow, so building is naturally cool,
even in such hot, humid weather.
In that hot, Rajasthan's extreme summer, in the middle of the summer, if you don't need air conditioning, means how much cost have you saved?
So that is true sustainability.
Bombay में it is very difficult क्योंकि Bombay में like I said ना plots tight होते हैं Bombay में so and FSI बहुत बढ़ गया है so you have to accommodate a lot within a spot plot

I want to understand more.
Plus you have to create cross ventilation.
So this is again sustainable, non-sustainable.
अगर आपका bathroom बाहर phase होता है, you can put a small exhaust fan and smell goes out and ventilation is there.
and natural light comes.
But if your bathroom, like a hotel bathroom, is facing a small mechanical duct, which means you need mechanical ventilation, then the energy cost of the entire building has increased, because all toilets are mechanically ventilated.
So the mechanical ventilation obviously costs much more.
A. B is that there is no natural light.
So every time you go to the bathroom, you have to turn on the light.
So that's electricity cost, which goes up.
So this is the building which is non-sustainable, non-green.
