I think what a lot of people don't understand is how al-Qaeda fits into that and why it matters, right? So al-Qaeda is planning an attack on the U.S. homeland, but who are they using, right, to be involved in that attack? Siraj Hadeen Haqqani, right?

So our counterterrorism dollars goes to the Taliban to fight ISKP.
