And you're just kind of going, but, but, but.
And the fact of the matter is carbon taxes and the green transition is costing the ordinary citizen an awful lot of money.
And if they want to bring in more taxes on things like flights, well, people do like going on their holidays and they are watching the cost of flights an awful lot.
And maybe it is the fact that we are the generation that has to pay these costs of transition so that the world is better and Europe
hopefully won't be on fire, you know, completely in 20 years.
But managing the politics of that is really, really tough because governments have to get elected now.
And so I think they do have to find middle ground in some of these things.
And I think probably keeping diesel under two euros a litre is the right thing to do to stabilise politics.
So I don't know.

And they're the people who can afford to get solar panels and the people who can afford to get their house retrofitted.
Like the people who can benefit from all these grants,
You know, and and and and the EV is the obvious one.
Like, there's no way I'm buying an EV car.
I'm driving a 10 year old diesel car and they'll bury me in a gym because I'm like, you know, I'm a freelance worker.
I'm literally the gig economy.
