But what they're using it is to help their own productivity, you know, to help them get through the work.
And they're all facing very tight labour markets.
So I bet the property industry Ireland people have said we need 110,000 people to be able to deliver the housing and infrastructure that we're going to need in the next 10 years.
And there's this huge shortage of people.
And what AI is doing is helping the people that they already have
Work better, work faster, work more efficiently.
And that's where it's been used.
And the other thing they're saying is, funnily enough, on the training one is that they're talking about shadow AI, the lead HR for Accenture was talking about this.
that what they're seeing is people are using AI at home, they call it shadow AI, and then they're bringing it into the workplace.
So actually what they're just trying to do is distinguish between what's home AI, work AI, but people are just going ahead and using it anyway.
So it'll be interesting to see what amount of training you actually need when people are just training themselves on it.
And especially a third level where people are supposed to be thinking and Eoin O'Malley has been making this point consistently as well.
People have to come in and sit down in front of you.
