I really want to take this to court because I don't want this to ever happen again. I want them held accountable and I want them to be punished and to pay and not necessarily to me, but to pay such a large sum that possibly they go out of business.

Well, if you take it to a jury of your peers, they might not look at you as being so upright or So basically saying that because I had slept with multiple people and wasn't sure who the father was, that somehow the jury would see me as not a credible victim. That was kind of the gist of it. They would think you're really slutty and a terrible person. So don't bring it into a jury.
