I take umbrage with that.
Of course, I think it's a silly thing, but there's some like problem here, right?
Because if boys aren't playing with dolls and there might be these benefits from dolls and only girls are getting them, what would you say to parents?
Like if a boy wants to play with a doll, let him.
Now, if a child spends years practicing empathy with a doll or another blanket or a bottle of ketchup that it has conversations with and it develops kind of a better theory of mind, how does that form what kind of adult they might become?
Would they maybe they might be more socially attuned, better at human relationships?
Like I know I'm kind of like drawing broad strokes here.
But if you speculate with me a little bit here.
