So 75 million years ago, there was a galactic confederacy of 76 planets ruled over by an alien leader named Xenu.

These planets were very overpopulated.

Xenu comes up with a plan called, very just exciting and seems very safe, it's called the Wall of Fire.

So the story goes that Zeno transported billions of beings to planet Earth.

He then killed these beings using volcanoes and nuclear explosions and then disembodied their spirits, now called thetans, and attached themselves to humans.

However, Zeno is smart and knew that the Thetans would be able to remember their death when they inhabited their next body.

So in order to stop the word from getting out, he inserted implants into the beings before they died with what was basically like a kill switch.
