I want to be so clear.
This is in quotes.
He eventually invents a revolutionary system of self-improvement based on controlling the mind.
And he calls it Dianetics.
Can I just say, like, imagine creating what you describe as a psychological theory and describing it as better than the invention of the wheel.
So can you explain to us what Dianetics is actually?
So he thinks that this view that he has is going to cure cancer, diabetes, like every condition a person has, but also then goes on to add blatant homophobia of saying homosexuality as well.
Wow.
Accountants love that.
How to make it boring.
This is not boring, though.
No, I know.
It's crazy to use that word.
What's particularly interesting about this, right, is auditing's a very boring word, a boring process that's formally used in, like, you know, the ATO would audit someone, right?
You could have just said, like, face your fears.
But it's interesting to make it auditing because then it actually conduces an almost, like, safe process-driven feeling.
And actually what you're doing is revealing your most traumatic, painful, vulnerable moments to someone.
So it's kind of like this boring word to describe a very highly emotional and vulnerable process that he's made up.
I actually just want to add something to that too.
I think what's interesting even hearing this, right?
