And I think also for me, it's so beautiful for people to look at where were my parents actually trying to protect me, you know, within the society, the way that they understood it to work. how can we reframe different patterns as protection? And it's not always true. I mean, you know, everyone has a wide range of what our experience was growing up, but I think that's a good place to start.

And I have to know that I'm actually willing to stand in that fire. And so I find that the path of... holding abundance is really just the path of self-expression and being visible. But to do it in a way that lights you up and to have it be part of your purpose and to... get in there with it and to not be afraid of it.
