This is the thing that will bring me to my knees every time.
If I can't focus or if I can't do things, I'll make a hack around it or I'll delegate.
I can't delegate someone to take care of my emotions.
And so I'm like, there has to be a better way to think about this and learn about it and talk about it.
And I think that's why I have so much beef with the DSM.

OK, let's just give you glasses.
Let's treat anxiety and depression instead of treating the underlying diabetes.
The underlying diabetes is ADHD.

It's a symptom, not the cause.
core part of it.
It's not a separate diagnosis.
