Now, Radish has the better offensive pop on the power play.

That's where the utility is higher.

I probably take Radish because of the power play ability over Morgan Riley, but it isn't this monumental upgrade necessarily.

If we're power ranking all seven Canadian teams, the Habs are number one with a bullet.

Don't even bother bringing up another team as the one that's number one in the power rankings.
