Last night was the announcement.
And it was kind of funny how the announcement came together because Frank Sierra Valley broke the news just after our show, actually, like 6.35 or whatever it was.
And then the Canucks told their season ticket holders about an hour later that this was happening.
And then just after 8, they announced it officially on Twitter.
So I'm not sure the plan was for it to get out last night, but it did happen.
And the man who was very hard at work, as always, is the man we call the triple threat, Ian McIntyre.
And he has a presentation of Vancouver Ready Mix joining us now here on the program.

How are you doing, man?
I think the two questions really are acumen and their ability to execute in their roles and whether they're actually going to be good at their roles.
Because everything else you mentioned, I think we all feel very good about from the character side of things and just the individuals being respectable and being able to put that work in that's necessary.
And how do we go about measuring success for this young group?
I mean, next season, I'm not sure we're going to have too many great answers in one year in a rebuild, but how do we go about measuring success in the short term for this new regime?
Yeah, I mean, this is going to take some time, and hopefully not too long, but it's not something that's going to turn around in a hurry here.
And the other thing that... Well, let's just hope it doesn't take seven years.
Yeah, I really hope so, too.
