Like, how good is that Flyers team?
I guess.
And that happens.
You know, teams will have a year
And then all of a sudden, they're right back to not being good again.
And next thing you know, you don't sniff the playoffs for a few years.
So I think there is a chance you have a one-off out of nowhere in a year or two where somehow you get in.
But then reality hits you in the face the next season again.
It's hard to sustain it.
I don't think the Canucks are anywhere close to being a sustainable playoff team.
I'm taking the over on three years.
But there is...
there is a possibility that in one of these years, everything goes right for them and they somehow find a way to get in, especially if the West ends up being pretty mediocre.
If you're talking about it takes 92, 93 points to get into the playoffs potentially, well, that would open the door.
For instance, I'm really, really interested about Anaheim next year.
So if John Carlson doesn't stay, which it looks like he might be going somewhere else, going back east, and they traded a lot to get that defenseman,
They have some veterans.
What happens with those vets?
We know with young players, sometimes it looks like, hey, they've all arrived and then they have a bit of a tough year the year afterwards.
It's hard to maintain.
