wasn't 20 or whatever it was and I and oftentimes it is lip service seems like oh we had this guy here we love this guy you're trying to sell the guy right you just drafted him I hope you love yeah exactly but to the point Tony made there's even more variance in this year's draft and I do from what I've been able to glean talk to a handful of teams that there is a big difference between who teams have in their top 15 and
compared to other squads.
So there is a really good chance that a player that whoever's picking in the 20s is very high on will be available there.
And depending on what happens with the centers, because we do see centers rise, generally speaking, and we've seen Caleb really gain momentum.
So Viggo Bjor, Caleb Maholtra, and Ty Lawrence all go early, and then all of a sudden that pushes up a couple other centers.
Dajaneh.
All of a sudden, you'll see some talented wings go down.
You'll see some D-men be down.
Like, I think the Canucks are going to be able to pick up a really nice center, a really talented wing, or a really talented D-man.
And not just looking at guys that you would assume would be going in that, you know, 20 to 30 range.
And also, something to expect too is you might see players that are off the board, so to speak, because outside the industry, we'll look at these rankings and we haven't really considered some of these players in the top 20 range.
You know, whether it's somebody like... I'm just bringing a name up, right?
Just like...
Nicholas Aram Olson, the boy team hyphen.
Yeah, he's he's he's a very talented player.
He's a Norwegian, but he's played in the SHL.
He's played in the U-20s.
He's put up some great numbers, one of the best goal scorers, but hasn't been really discussed much in the first round.
I've seen him popping up more lately, but you're right.
It's like he's making a late charge into the first round.
