He's part of the analytics department.

And one thing, because I've been asking around about this, and I mentioned this before, that there is a sense that within the organization, there are people that are good at those things.

They have, quote unquote, some super nerds.

They have somebody who actually has a...

So, I mean, I think they have individuals that are, quote-unquote... He sounds smart.

You know what I mean?

And I say that with the utmost...

It was respect and trying to be very complimentary about this.

And that these individuals maybe were not utilized as much as they should have been under the previous regime.

And are they going to be given bigger voices and a bigger seat at the table?
