Some of the things that they do, they don't quite translate as easy as say what they do in the NFL.
Like we look at certain traits in the NFL and the combine.
It's like, oh, this is very, you know, translatable to success in the NFL.
And if you don't reach a certain baseline and we know that there, you know, you are going to be up against it.
But how do we view the testing results in hockey in general?
Is there a lot of noise in this or are the guys that test well, they have an inherent advantage?
Yeah, you know, one thing that oftentimes comes out around this time of year is that you hear the buzz about what teams are going to do, and sometimes it's a bit of a smokescreen.
But generally at the NHL Combine, I find when we kind of hear about what clubs like what player, it generally does stick.
So with that being in mind, what's the sense on what the Canucks might be looking to do here third overall?
Yeah.
And I know around San Jose, there's been a lot of talk that they will take a D man.
And I know Chase Reed has kind of been considered.
I know he's your top D man.
And I know a lot of people have him as a top D. But it seems like some people think that Carson Carls at the combine has gathered lots of momentum as well and that there could be a bit of a like there.
There is some, I'd say, intrigue whether it's going to be Carls or potentially Reed at second overall.
Does that seem right?

what his journey has been very non-traditional that is Jackson Cover who played for the London Knights 18 years old only started playing hockey a few years ago he's from the Grand Cayman Islands he would come and visit Canada and just kind of start skating and playing a little bit here and there and next thing you know he's one of the draft prospects what do you make of him as a prospect and ultimately how much intrigue there is on a player who's taken a very non-traditional path and has really risen quite a bit considering he's only played a few years of hockey
