question i have a 44 mag henry big boy classic with the octagonal barrel should i just get another lever to suppress or could i get this one threaded thanks i think you should get an octagonal suppressor and have it threaded and timed so that the suppressor lines up with the barrel perfectly yeah i think that would be badass that would be cool that would be maybe like a case hardened suppressor

So I had my 22 Henry threaded.

And then what I did was I copied the front sight.

and made it so that the front sight sits in essentially the same position, but the barrel band sits farther back because the front sight's part of the barrel band.

Yeah.

The barrel band sits farther back, and then it's also longer, so the mag tube actually bends down just a little bit.

and it looks a little bit weird but um essentially what the the end result is that the mag tube bends down and clears the suppressor so i can reload it with the can on and i still have my front sight um that sounds yeah it works really good there's like there's enough play in the 22 tube i don't know about the other ones um but the 22 has enough play in it that you can pretty easily do that yeah for sure

It looks a little weird, but I don't mind it.
