and um but for very high achieving there is a hole that you're trying to fill it's this vicious cycle you know because almost you know and i i do think about do you need that hole to be as successful and i almost feel like you kind of do to a point you know but hopefully but a lot of people maybe don't go to the dark place they're just always trying to chase this carrot um

Because if you, if music is what, if, you know, being a songwriter is what you choose to fulfill that whole, and you need that success, it's never going to be fulfilled, right? Because you have a hit and then you don't have a hit a few weeks later, it's no longer a hit. And then you, it is this never ending thing. And, and gosh, I was so lucky.

I look back at that time, my God, like I was so lucky to, to be in the rooms I was in, to be surrounded by the talent I was, you know, around and the gifts that the universe were dropping into my head, like, you know, the God is a woman, the what makes you beautiful. And I definitely have a different approach now in how I, do things and what I choose to do.

You know, and one of the things was I've decided to sort of dedicate a lot of my time into helping other Indian creatives in music sort of get a break and give them a shot. So I was in the middle of structuring that and going to Mumbai a lot and just, you know, doing a whole thing.

thing to make sure i'm not the only indian guy in the room um and you know and i'll do a couple projects here and there a year that i love and i'm focused a lot of my time in film and tv development and soundtracks that i love and things like that so in a sense the what drives you went from success to more of a purpose Yeah, exactly. Um, you know, luckily I have the luxury of doing that.
