While playing Roblox with her cousins in or about May of 2022, an adult predator initiated contact with plaintiff, a then 11-year-old, through Roblox's chat function. The predator falsely claimed to be a 13-year-old boy, a misrepresentation facilitated by Roblox's lack of age identity

Planktiff then left her grandparents' house and met Predator in person. He abducted her, bound her hands with a leather belt and raped her multiple times, including vaginal intercourse. He then returned home and instructed her to lie about the assault.

Assault examination confirmed the assaults with DNA matching predator. It was revealed that the predator had impregnated plaintiff during one of the assaults. Plaintiff's grandmother was informed by health professionals that as an 11-year-old girl weighing less than 90 pounds, the pregnancy put the plaintiff's life in jeopardy. Hearing the plaintiff's grandmother drove her to New Mexico where the plaintiff underwent an abortion.
