way to sort of get yourself into a state, not quite hypnotic or hypnagogic, but in a state of creativity because it has a constrained form.

Your ideas have to have some constrained form, but it also allows you to be creative within that form.

So I use this biograph.

I've used this for a couple of decades, getting people at writer's block, songwriters.
