It's not like the local community and the NGO.

In our case, it's the actual government representatives that are involved in it.

And it's through a network of cutouts and shell companies around the world.

And what's frustrating is every member of parliament knows it.

All of law enforcement knows it.

Nobody will do anything about it.

Why?

Because Canada is a Dilbert cartoon.

We are a postmodern state, and that's why understanding postmodern philosophy is so important.
