And what I find a little bit disheartening sometimes when I talk to young people is I ask them how much money they expect to be making at 30 or 35.
And some of this is proximity bias because the kids I'm around are very ambitious at a business school.
But I'd say 80% of them expect to be in the top 10%, if not the top 1%.
And then they use the word balance.
