And so we feel good in terms of that sustainability promise plus the innovation.

It's the right thing from an environmental and sustainability perspective.

uh so you know that's the hence our commitment yeah you know it's also just you know candidly you know if you are operating the us or europe or asia or pretty much anywhere in the world

If you want to get permitting to build something, you need to get the local county or the local district to give you that permitting process and that permission.

And they're ultimately accountable to voters.

It's not always easy.

And if you don't do the right stuff on sustainability or on emissions or water waste or electricity, at the end of the day, the voters aren't going to let you build it.

And so it is one of these things where you've got to take a long-term view

And part of where I feel good about our approach is on sustainability, which we're talking about, people don't have to worry about

a bunch of diesel emissions wafting into their community.

These are highly sustainable, great environmental facilities.

And then the other thing that we've really invested in is how do we hire great craftsmen that are building this and trade craft?

And these are good jobs.

And then we're often building sites now where when we finish one data center, we go to the next one.

And so to the extent that, you know, the Atlanta facility, I think, will have over 6,000 people that we've hired.

Building it.

Okay.

But, you know, the site itself...

you know, is going to go on for gigawatts.

And so, you know, these are master electricians.
