Trump refuses to sit at the head of the table.

He sits at the side of the head of the table across from Netanyahu as an equal in his own Situation Room in the White House.

There were people who even thought, and this may have played into it, that like one of the reasons they decided to launch the war was just to get the Epstein stuff out of the news.
