Now, anytime that happened, Iran did it, which is what George Bush called shorthanding it.
Yeah.
In other words, just implying the lie.
What they're saying is Iran backed Muqtada al-Sadr and America attacked Muqtada al-Sadr, who actually they were fighting the whole war for him.
