They run consistent, complex offensive actions to get good shots for players who take good shots.
They're not a team that is going to beat you one on one by out talenting you in a one on one matchup.
But you are going to see guys running off of three, four, five screens just screaming across the court on every offensive possession because that's what Danny Hurley's calling card is, is that he runs actions and he gets his guys running these complex things.
So again, even though solo ball has limitations from a purely athletic talent standpoint, he's going to get some wide open threes because Danny Hurley schemes those up.
It's something where even though, you know, on paper, on matchups, things look one way.
Danny Hurley gets his guys in the right spot and he gets the right stuff out of them that's going to make this game a tough matchup.
Under the radar story of this game.
who Dame Sarr gets matched up on.
I think it's very easy to say put Dame on Braylon Mullins and prevent him from shooting.
That's the easy answer.
Just like in other matchups, like we talked about against Michigan, I think Dame Saar is matched up on Silas Demery.
I think Dame Saar is disrupt the point guard play, make it hard to make the entry passes to Terrace Reed, make it hard to initiate those complex sets that Dan Hurley likes to run.
And again, Silas Demery is hobbled.
His backup is a good, not great guy who is a little bit diminutive.
Dame Sarr can disrupt the offense before it has a chance to start.
That is a key to the game, I think.
Who does Dame Sarr come out matched up with off the tip?
You've written articles for the DBR on this. Scott, how are you doing this evening? It's 8.54. Have you fully dissected your bracket? This might be the first time in years I have not filled out a knee-jerk reaction bracket yet. Probably because my mind is so dead from baby going to sleep. What do I do for the next hour and a half? Just zonk. So it might be a little bit before my full bracket is actually filled out due to dad brain.
Scott, go. What you got? And then I'm going to dive in and talk. I specifically, I'm going to talk about Siena, Ohio State and St. John's. I'll get to it in a second. Scott, give me your first take on the Eastford. Go ahead. So I spent a lot of time, and if you look at the Duke basketball report front page, I spent a lot of time today looking at the sort of the rules of how the committee puts together the top four seeds in each region specifically. It's supposed to. I would say it's supposed to.
