That is one of the alphabets, coded alphabets used by the Templars that goes back to the 12th century.
Now, can you read Roman numbers?
Remember, the updates of all this material was done in 1908.
We do have some letters that go back as far as the 18th century, the original letters, but almost all the material was created between 1898 and more recently.
I'll say that.
This is one of the more recent documents that was generated probably in the 50s.
