So I don't think they're necessarily going to get six or seven people to go through four or five different stages, maybe like what other clubs would do.

I think they'll target a couple of people, put them through some form of interview sessions and then make a decision from there.

I think it's in the best interest of Andrew Welsh and his tenure as president to give James Hurd a legitimate chance.

I'm not saying they have to appoint him.

The issue will be if they don't appoint him, there'll be an uproar.
