The first part obviously is treatment and the treatment centres and health organisations and health workers who have a really difficult job at the moment given that there isn't a vaccine are going to be in the forefront of that.
But I think also the whole area of prevention and managing the spread is going to be key.
And that is going to be about the community engagement, tracing those who are sick,
quarantine in households, making sure that quarantine is obeyed, and the education, etc.
So, you know, when I think about the work that we're doing at the moment around providing hand washing stations and hygiene materials, that is vitally important.
But equally as important is the education around safe burials, engaging local tribal leadership, and making sure that
communities are aware of how this virus spreads, how dangerous it can be.
As we've all seen, the kill rate is shocking, somewhere between 30 and 90%.
And that we need to support communities, even in camps, even in situations of crowded, displaced areas, even in the midst of conflict, we need to support communities to be able to stop the spread.
So I think it's going to be challenging
But I think that that is the job that's ahead of us now over the next number of months in the absence of a vaccine or a treatment.
