Yeah, that sounds like a good plan.
It depends what time of the day you catch me.
I suppose what we're doing here today, hopefully, is a lot of different nice breathing techniques.
In yoga, they call it planayama.
I do a lot of yoga and I do a lot of martial arts.
But my whole kind of mission since coming back to Ireland, I suppose, is trying to make this
kind of ancient eastern practice make it very accessible to people because you can use big language and we can go into the science and we were talking a bit about breaking our fall a minute ago and physics of it and it's good to go into depth on stuff but like in two or three seconds or in five minutes with you lads we should be able to kind of feel the effects of the different breathing techniques to
either calm down the central nervous system if you're stressed out of it or give you a G up if you've no energy or help you kind of like get out of any thinking patterns that aren't working for you.
Do you know what I mean?
Because it's helped me a lot and it was gifted to me.
Now I'm on a mission to try and, yeah, just to share it.
